An individual from the greater Detroit area chose to give anonymously to their Southeastern Michigan Ronald McDonald House chapter. However, this was no ordinary donation. A check for 1.2 Million dollars was signed over to the Ronald McDonald House Charities organization as the beneficiary of an investment inheritance. The gift by itself helped the organization cover its 1 million dollar budget.
The only information Executive Director Jen Litomisky (pictured above) will disclose is the donor was moved by the personal testimony of one of the facilities visitors and their experienced moved them to give. She goes on to say the donation will be invested in future programs for the organization and the families in need.
